Bubba’s kitchen

It’s Saturday night in Alabama. We have stuffed poblano peppers, Mexican style with hamburger, black beans, corn, rice, lots of cheese, spices, and some other stuff, along with homemade crotchamole, and cowboy beans. Have mercy, this stuff be mighty good.
